The worst thing you can do is label the toddler a "bad kid." Biting is entirely a form of communication for children who lack the vocabulary to express immense frustration or overstimulation. To solve it, you must assign a shadow. One teacher needs to stay within arm's reach of the child during high-stress transition times, watching their body language specifically. Track every single incident on a clipboard. Is it always right before lunch? Is it always when someone takes a specific toy? Identifying the trigger is the entire key. Once you know the trigger, you can intervene before the bite happens rather than simply reacting after the damage is done.
