Account Responsibilities
When you create an account or use an assigned login to access our family portal, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse our services. This includes manipulating platform features, using automated scripts or bots to interact with our site, uploading malicious software, or engaging in any activity that disrupts the experience of other families or our staff.
User Generated Content
If our platforms allow you to post messages, photos, or comments, you grant us the right to host and display that content to fulfill the requested service. You agree that your contributions will be respectful and will not contain defamatory, discriminatory, or malicious material. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines.
Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate your portal access immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you materially breach this User Agreement. We are committed to maintaining a safe and secure digital environment for our entire school community.
